What to include

• About an order: your order number (it is in your confirmation email) and what you need.
• About a return: your order number and what went wrong — see Shipping & Returns.
• About an item: a link to the listing and the question. If you are matching an existing project, tell us what you already have.

Shipping and tax questions

Orders ship from Massachusetts by USPS, and you choose the service at checkout; physical items shipped to a Massachusetts address are charged 6.25% sales tax, and digital downloads are not taxed. The Shipping & Returns page has the details.
